Special Olympics Ireland – #cantstopnow
Today at MIBI we were delighted to welcome Sarah McManus (Regional Development Officer), Audrey Hutton (Special Olympic Athlete and Athlete Leader) along with Beth Hutton (Athlete Leader and Mentor) and our colleague Paddy Slattery (Special Olympics Volunteer). It was a great insight into Special Olympics Ireland and a glimpse into all the hard work and dedication from the athletes and the organisation.
Through sports, health and leadership programmes the athletes learn to be physically, mentally and emotionally fit. They also learn new skills, increase confidence, experience the joy of sport, make life-long friendships and of course have fun! #cantstopnow
