Green Card System and Cross Border Insurance

David Fitzgerald, CEO of the Motor Insurers' Bureau of Ireland was delighted to address the 56th General Assembly of the COB on 2 June 2022 in Belgrade.  Mr Fitzgerald is chair of the Monitoring Committee of the COB, the organisation that acts for the protection of cross border traffic victims. Key areas for discussion included the financial stability of the Green Card system in these difficult times for cross border insurance, including the impact of the war in Ukraine.
